Ben has ten (10) years of experience in building engineering and property management. He started his professional career as a building technologist and project manager with Krane Construction Ltd. He later moved to provide building maintenance services with one of the biggest financial institutions in Ghana.

“I am passionate about real estate and helping people acquire their dream properties. The decision to buy, build or rent is challenging; from deciding on the quality of materials to use in the construction, to the cost of the final property, a professional is needed.”

Combining his experience in home acquisition, construction management and regulatory compliance, he guides clients through every step of the decision making process to ensure value for money.

Ben is a certified building technologist and qualified in Project Management. He also holds an LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration,

Sandra Osei-Bonsu

Chief Risk Officer

Sandra is responsible for identifying, analyzing and mitigating risk that may be associated with the company’s business operations. She also ensures that all properties scheduled for listing meet all stated legal requirements for the real estate market.

Before joining Airban Homes, Sandra was an Employee Banking Relationship Manager with Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited, where she managed the biggest portfolio within the employee banking team with a loan book of over GHC150 million.

Sandra began her career in banking as a Loans Processing Officer and rose to become the Supervisor of the loan processing unit. She was also very instrumental in putting together a loans factory for the bank - a team responsible for processing end-to-end customer loan application requests.

She has an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School and over 12 years of experience in banking, specifically in Credit Risk Management, Relationship Management and Sales.
